Our Studio Worsted Tweed is 100% Shaniko Wool. It's a three-ply yarn with approx 227 yards/100 grams.
Shaniko wool is completely traceable and compliant with the Responsible Wool Standard. The effect is created with neutral-colored neps. The yarn has a beautiful, soft sheen, with stitch definition. It works up fast and easy in knit and crochet with gorgeous subtle pops of texture.
