Miss May MKAL from 2022 knit using our SPLASH Gradient Set

Two years ago, when I knit the Miss May shawl, I used a SPLASH Gradient Kit in the color Rambling Rose. I purchased the kit that included five, 4.0 ounce | 113 g skeins. I knit the Miss May as a gradient, marling the yarn slightly as I came to a new skein. I used almost all of four skeins (had one full skein unused).
If you purchase one of the SPLASH Gradient Sets using five 2.0 ounce | 56 g skeins and knit it as a gradient, that would give you 1,225 yards. Add a 4.0 ounce skein of Walkabout in a coordinating color and you would have total yardage of 1,715 more than enough for the Twenty Four Birds MKAL.

Helen Stewart of Curious Handmade recently announced her new Mystery Knit-A-Long. named the Twenty Four Birds shawl. The MKAL uses 1600 yards.
