The Fibre Studio created kits using our Sea Song - Fingering yarn dyed in a gradient. The kit includes three 20g skeins with approximately 97 yards each for total yardage of 291 yards, a copy of the pattern Swimming With Salmon and our recommendations for knitting this project using a gradient for a marled effect.
Sea Song – Fingering is a luxurious silk, merino, and Sea Cell™ yarn with a silky texture and a fine sheen. This yarn is a lovely breathable fabric alternative for warmer months and creates a fabric with a soft drape, which practically shimmers. This fiber generally takes dye in a more muted fashion although certain bright colors can be achieved.
Fiber Content is 51% Cultivated Silk, 29% Merino and 20% Sea Cell.
