Lisa Ross of Paper Daisy Creations just announced a new MKAL. It is called Simply Fun MKAL, and is a cowl designed to live up to its name. It uses easy stitches in unique ways that will result in a fun design that keeps you guessing.
It is considered to be an intermediate pattern due to the construction, however, there are video tutorials and support chats to guide adventurous beginners through the challenges.
The design uses five mini-skeins of fingering weight yarn. She suggests having three in dark colors and two in light colors. Contrast between the colorways will be important to the stitch patterns used. Pattern may be purchased on Ravelry.
We have created kits using our Sea Song Fingering. Each skein has approximately 97 yards.
Our Sea Song - Fingering yarn is 51% Cultivated Silk, 29% Superfine Merino and 20% Sea Cell.
Colors in this kit are: Dark Roast, Foxy, Fuchsia, Light Red and Squash Blossom.
